Support Hours

ACE POS maintains a 24/7 call service for emergencies. Non-emergency inquiries, training and email support are handled during local office hours 09:00 to 17:00 EST from Monday to Friday. For more information regarding what is an emergency call, please review the support page on our web site.

NOTE: After-hour emergency phone assistance is only available to active support plan members. If you are currently not on an active support membership plan, you can renew or pay for a single support call by contacting sales during our main office hours at +1-855-660-2555, Ext 1.

Remote Support over Teamviewer

We would also like to remind you that ACE POS provides support assistance remotely over Teamviewer which we can help you set-up during your first support call. If you have time prior to your appointment, please go ahead and download a free lite version of Teamviewer in advance at get.teamviewer.com/acepos. This will automatically take you to our company Teamviewer page for the download.
